I have a life outside of my art and I do everything related to any current projects on my own. As such, Please understand that commissions may take longer than anticipated.

All Artworks will be posted publicly unless requested not to.(Clients can request to be anonymous for such posts)

All artworks will be used for my own advertisement to promote my commissions.

I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork that was commissioned. The client may not claim it as their own. If the client wishes to use the artwork for commercial purposes, a +60% fee will be added onto the final cost for whatever it is you are going to be using my work for. (i.e. if final cost is $50, an additional $30 will be added on.)

The following cases are considered commercial use: Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, instances where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork (i.e. Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, business cards, etc)

Commissioned artwork is for non-commercial purposes unless discussed and the 60% fee is paid. The usage of my work in merchandising, advertisements, or the promotion of ANYTHING aside from my brand is prohibited UNLESS discussed and the commercial fee is paid.

Clients are free to post my artwork wherever they want, so long as they link to either my main or Vtubing twitter (@Elfyelfears or @Elfiestelfy), or even my carrd. My watermark also must remain intact and unaltered in any way, shape, or form.

Clients or other persons are NOT allowed to alter my artwork in any way without asking for permission beforehand or specifying that you wish to alter it (i.e. commissioning a sketch and asking for the file to color it), with the exception of cropping/resizing the image for an icon or other use. Clients ARE allowed to make personal edits for posters/roleplay purposes such as making graphics or 'posters' to promote their character.

Tracing, repurposing parts of my artwork in other works, along with claiming the artwork as your own, is prohibited. If I am made aware you are doing this, you WILL be blacklisted from commissioning me and I DO NOT WANT YOUR MONEY.

I accept payments via Paypal/ko-fi or Cashapp in USD (paypal/ko-fi preferred)

The client will be given 24 hours to provide payment for the adopt. If payment is not confirmed within this timeframe, the adopt will go to the next highest bid and/or next person to claim it.

It is the responsibility of the adoptee to let me know when payment has been sent. Sometimes Paypal is very slow, so please let me know when youve sent your payment so that I can mark it down and let people know the design was claimed.

I struggle with ADHD. If I have NOT given you updates in a few weeks to a few months, please feel free to poke me! Object permanence is something I struggle with VERY much in terms of communicating, especially if we are not well acquainted.

The client MUST provide references for whatever it is they want. Visual references help the most, and it does not matter the quality. I would even prefer that you draw something in MSpaint if it helps get the image across. I want to realize your vision, so help me do so!

Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission is at risk of being cancelled if it occurs.
